Because I like symmetry, I have reorganized some points from the following design from RikThePixel: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3835312 Yes, maybe you cannot see irregularities directly on the printout (I did not try), but I noticed it on the 3D-model in blender. I also don't like the asymmetry of the wall thickness at the opening in any of the fan covers that are posted online. Therefore, I have adjusted the wall thickness at the opening of fan cover, eyelets for the screws and irregularities. (I didn't care about the "invisible" inside.) I've also uploaded a mirrored version, choose the right one for your project.
