Ender 3 Raspberry Pi 3 B+ case w/camera and GPIO exposed

Another remix of a [Creality Ender 3](https://amzn.to/2JehPZh) [Raspberry Pi](https://amzn.to/39i6GkL) mount. Instead of relying on friction, Pi here is screwed in using four [M2.3 6mm self-tapping screws](https://amzn.to/2Jgeh8Y). Snap-on face plate is removed. The case is higher that the source project to accommodate heatsinks (as a result, the ethernet connector is now fully enclosed). There is a cutout for the camera strip as well as the GPIOs (filament sensor anyone?) The ventilation grill is split to smaller compartments for additional sturdiness. Caution: if you plan to be able to remove the Pi from the case again, make sure to smooth any areas with friction as you are pushing the Pi in, otherwise you may damage the case and/or Pi when you try to pop it out again.
