Ender 3 Ribbon Cable Cover

This is my first design and build. I wanted to completely cover the ribbon cable that goes to the display panel. This is the first phase of doing so. I plan to follow up with a display cover that mates to this. The display cover will conceal the remainder of the ribbon cable and wrap around the display unit. This is a snap on design. I did not include any screw driver slots for removal yet so it is semi-permanent at this point. This initial design and print worked as intended without modification. I printed the Cover vertically for strength (of snap function), visual appearance and to test printing a tall object with small footprint. It did bounce a bit near the top due to change in geometry but seemed to have no considerable impact. The ridge along the top edge of the Cover is for a detent function that I'm planning for a new drawer design. Look for that in the future.
