Ender 3 SD card and Micro SD card extension holder

There are several "solutions" to the Ender micro SD card issue with the printer. However, with all of them they cover up the USB port next to the SD card slot, making it decidedly inconvenient to flash firmware. I decided to design this SD card extension holder to provide a way for people to use a full sized SD card extension cable adapter OR a Micro SD card extension cable adapter and also facilitate the use of the USB port connection to allow the flashing of firmware, etc., available without having to remove the cable extension adapter. and minimize the wear and tear on the actual SD card connector on the printer. Not to mention the issue of losing the micro SD card inside of the control box because the slot is too tall and has a gap in the case.
