I put a Dual z on my Ender 3 and the top mount LED wont fit so made a quick model to use the cheaper LED lights like this one https://www.amazon.com/Qooltek-Portable-Reading-Strips-Eye-care/dp/B00XC2XCNU/ref=pd_day0_hl_86_3/140-5346703-9783435 There are some cheaper ones out there for lights of this size, i had a couple of different brand lying around and they all fit. I had to take off the plastic tip on the non-wired side then sliped it through.
