Ender 3 threaded filament guide with cable holder and ramp

I wasn't able to find a filament guide that had both a compact cable clip, and a threaded entry for adding tubing. I've basically combined the two sources (thing:2967776 and thing:3303562) and added a simple ramp to guide the tubing at an angle, so no other filament guides should be needed at the top. The first design is meant to be flexible, so the ramp may bend slightly. A more rigid version is available also, if you'd prefer. Note: It may be harder to push filament through by hand. An extruder knob or automatic filament changer is recommended if you decide to use this part.
