My ender 3 V2 parts cooling fan was wearing out and becoming noisy, so I wanted to replace it. I wanted to use the 5015 blower fan since the stock blower fan did not produce very much wind. I also wanted to cool from two sides of the hot end, rather than the stock one side since I noticed that it wasn't printing properly with only wind from one direction.

I already had the CR Touch mounted on the default location, so I needed a shroud that used the stock mounting method for that side.

This shroud is the result. It uses the stock 4010 hot end cooling fan size and upgrades the stock 4010 blower fan to a 5015, sitting in the same location as the stock. The size of the shroud needed to be increased to account for the larger blower fan.

The shroud uses three M3 knurled insets that are 3mm long, and the stock three mounting screws from the old shroud. There are two parts - the shroud itself and the back “clip” that clips the shroud around the carriage somewhat like the stock method, and that also holds the blower fan in place.
