Ender 3 v2 cable chain mounts

This is an extrusion cap for the beck left of an Ender 3 v2 to mount two cable chains - one for the bed and one for the Z axis/extruder. I fasten mine using two M5x12mm bolts, but I also included a version that friction fits into the end of the extrusion without any bolts. It's not the best fit ever, but it works. I'm sure somebody will remix this and improve the fit. This is intended to replace only the rear mounts from the following thing: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3426272 I also modified the chain links to be looser - with my printer and settings, the chain links from the above thing were too tight and wouldn't move very smoothly. I found that the bed cables worked with 14 links, and the Z axis needs 23 (or so) links. Files ------ - 3v2_rear_chain_mounts_v4.stl - the end cap that links to both chains. - 3v2_rear_chain_mounts_nobolts_v1.stl - the same, with a friction fit. - looser_chain_link_v6.stl - the chain links i used to replace the original chain links for the bed cables (Z axis moves so slowly that the other links were fine) - BedCableMount v3.f3z - fusion model. - 3v2_bed_chain_only_v2.stl - just the half of the bracket that holds the chain for the bed cables. you probably don't need this. Printing -------- Nothing needs supports, except the friction fit version (nobolts etc.stl). This is all printed in PLA.
