Firstly, the original design of the extruder cable holder for anybody that upgraded to the dual gear extruder is briliant; simple and effective. However, I noticed that the original design screw countersunk hole is a tad too thick to my liking because it reduce the amount of spring tension; causing some slippage during my print. I decided to increase the screw countersunk depth to allow the spring tensioner screw to have more distance to travel. I also include the F3D file just in case you need to increase/decrease the screw countersunk depth.
