Remixed multiple things here to get the set up I wanted on my Ender 3 V2 with the Black Knight linear rail kit using stock fans. Mini Satsana remixed to include endoscope mount. Adjust BL touch cover so fit within mount and cooling duct and blocked off one side of the honeycombs so that the LED's don't interfere with side mount cameras. Adjusted Satsana clamp to fit Black Knight linear rail kit. Mini Satsana and Endo Camera holder will need supports. Everything should be oriented correctly in STL for printing.
