I printed the original one (but have not printed my remix) and like others the fan rests on a component in the PSU. I think it does this if you use the rubber mounting parts for the Noctua Fan. I used tinkercad and just lengthened the fan cover part by 3mm and kept everything else the same as it fit great on my Ender 3 v2
