Origianly I just wanted to use the referenced model. I did print it standing sideways on my Ender 3 V2, wich used a huge amount of support and the screw holes didn't fit to my power supply. So I redesigned it from scratch with the following improvements: * able to print it flat on the Ender 3 v2 * flat bottom to print nearly without supports (one corner needs a tiny bit touching the buildplate) * able to use infill pattern as mesh for better air flow - and better looks ;) * still fit a Noctua A9x14 PWM fan To get the mesh optic use the following settings: (I got the idea from: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4653994) * Top Layers = 0 * Bottom Layers = 0 * Infill Density = 50% * Infill Pattern = Triangels My PSU cover doesn't cover everything like the original sheet metal. The PSU is fully covered, but the cables at the bottom are still visible. This is due to the fact that i wanted to be able to print it with the Ender 3 v2 for itself, so the length of the bed was my limit. There are two versions: * normal version * version with cable support, which adds two calbe supports to the back of the printer (this version is shown in the pictures) I repeat the good advice from chilluniverse: The design has air vents and uses a bigger fan compared to the original Cover of the PSU thus more general ventilation takes place even when the fan is not spinning. So don't freak out if your fan is not spinning as long and often like the original one does.
