The design of the Ender 3 v2 shroud is not ideal as it blocks the exhaust vents. This part allows the vents to breathe, improving airflow to the PSU. Cutting the original PSU shroud would also work, but I did not have the tools for the job. Printing: 20% Infill would be fine. But if you want a more rigid piece you can increase the infill.
