This is a stand off for mounting my Ender 3 v2's power supply on the underside of my Ikea Lack enclosure. Print two PSU Secures to the mounts with 4 m3x8 cap screw. The mount then is secured to the enclosure by some screws I found in my garage. The center access hole is 8mm and the three through-holes are 5mm.
