Ender 3 V2 Titan Aero Mount + BL Touch

thingiverse

Remix of Hangtight's Titan Aero mount for the Ender 3 V2. Since Creality changed the screw locations on the x carriage, the original mount won't be well-constrained on the new-model printer. I moved one of the screw holes to reflect the new position, and I'm using the top-left V-roller screw to hold the bracket, as well. The BLTouch mount is altered slightly from original - I put a little end stop on the slot which fits on the bracket, so that there's a positive stop if you remove and replace the sensor. It won't eliminate the need to retune the z offset, but it will at least get you close. I also altered the duct slightly. The fans I bought had the clips which hold the case together in the *perfect* spots to interfere with both the duct and the x-axis limit switch housing. To fix that, I made the bracket which holds the fan onto the duct 4 mm shorter (and moved the duct opening) so the fan will still fit on the duct. This shouldn't affect the airflow split between the two duct openings since I only changed portions upstream of the split. I've included a step file of the geometry. I had to regenerate the bracket and BLTouch mount, so those have good CAD geometry with lines, vertices, etc. I was able to pull off the duct modifications without rebuilding it so it's a much less feature-rich object. August 9 2021 edit: I have cleaned up the STEP files. There are two now - one for the main bracket (fixed to remove the open hole issue that caused problems in the comments) and one for the BLTouch bracket. There is no step file for the air duct since it didn't come in with good geometry.
