Ender 3 v2 USB Port Protector

Ender 3 v2 USB Port Protector

I was having some problems with damaging the MicroUSB port on my Ender 3 v2, so I made this piece to prevent the cord from being able to be pulled sideways, which is what was damaging the port. There is a cutout so you can still access the MicroSD card easily. I'm able to easily connect and disconnect the MicroUSB cable with this protector still attached. This is installed by removing the two small bolts on the end of the front left 40x40 extrusion, and reinstalling them through the holes in my protector piece. I also threaded my cable along the side of the drawer, into the motherboard enclosure, and along the same path the other cables take, so my USB cable comes out the back of the printer (photo), where it can connect to my OctoPi. This also means I can move my printer without yanking the cable so easily. Obviously this will only work for a cable similar to mine. The MicroUSB side of my cable is 7x12mm. Let me know if you'd like this adjusted for a microUSB cable of different dimensions. I also included my Fusion design file for this so you can do it yourself if you like. UPDATE 1: I added two more versions, so there is now a model for 6x11, 6.5x11, and 7.12mm plugs. these all assume the actual microUSB male end is centered in its plastic housing. Also updated the f3d file to better adapt to resizing.
