These add deeper belt guides for the X & Y belt tensioners. Like its source inspiration, it keeps the belt centered, but also minimizes vibration from the teeth on the short pully flanges. Why? I bought a new belt for the Y axis. The teeth are higher/the belt is thicker, and since the Y tensioner is slightly uneven, I get buzzing/popping noises as the teeth hit the shorter pulley flanges. These rings are chamfered on the inside to guide the belt to the center. X & Y have different diameters. Print each pair at the smallest layer height, 3-4 perimeters. Turn off "Only 1 perimeter on the top" to ensure smooth round rings touch the belt. Sand any imperfections to minimize belt catching on it, friction, etc. There is also a small chamfer on the inner ring to make it easier to push on the pulley. Your dimensions may vary depending on belt tightness. Very smooth now... :-) FreeCAD files are also included. Feel free to remix for other printers, mechanisms, etc.
