Ender 3 X MGN12H Y MGW12 BMG Hemera

My overhaul of Ender 3 X rail is MGN12H, Y rail MGW12. Didn't lose any build volume on X and Y. No extension cables are needed. For extruder I am using Chinese BMG with Hemera style cooling plate. (mellow store on Aliexpress) My mail goal with this was trying to keep X rail mass as low as possible. That's why I removed 2020 alu rail and designed my own rail brackets. Fastened on Z brackets with M4 brass hot pressed nuts. X limit switch is slightly moved. 350mm rail is used. Y belt is moved to the side. Rotate Y motor and belt tensioner so belt is on the left side of rail. I guess new longer belt is requires. I am not entirely happy with belt fixing solution so if anyone came with better one please share. Screw long M3 bolt in Y limit switch part so Y home can be adjusted. I got 350mm long rail and shortened it to 325mm. Extruder BMG with Hemera plate is awesome. TPU was printed 90mm/s with 1/45 retraction and no stringing at all. There is no slack or space for filament to bend out of line from gears to nozzle and therefore retraction can be used on soft filaments. Bracket is made from multiple parts to avoid using supports. With extruder I got 22mm stepper motor. It is hot after some lengthy print so 10mm radiator is glued on it. Cooling shroud could be better, so again, if you make one please share. Noctua 4020 is used for cooling plate. I am using stock Prusa I3MK2s profiles, only changed bed size. In filament custom settings "If bowden blabla" is removed and only M900 K0.12 is inserted. Everything that is screwed is screwed into brass nuts. Step file is included.
