NOTE: You'll need an M4x25mm bolt. You will re-use the existing two bearings in the Creality tensioner which are used to make a pulley. I have an early generation Ender 3 which has the build-plate wheel in a staggered configuration. Newer Ender 3s have the wheels directly opposite each other with is more stable. Drilling new holes in the aluminum plate was fairly straightforward. I used a drill-press, but a hand-drill would probably have worked as well. I then found that moving the front left wheel makes it bump against the Y-Axis pulley holder. I could have re-drilled new holes and moved the wheels back a bit. Instead, I whipped up this new pulley holder. I printed this with PLA with 4 walls which makes it almost completely solid. I have about 40 hours of printing on the pictured tensioner and it's working beautifully.
