Ender 3V2 Direct Drive Double Gear Extruder Mount

The direct drive thing:4555065 by JamieBK works fine with the original Ender 3 extruder. The design is robust and dimensions perfect. However, when I tried to fix an upgraded dual gear extruder I find that the extruder filament outlet does not line up with the hotend, offset by 8mm. This remix moves the step motor mounting plate back by 8 mm, and now the modified mount works perfectly with the dual gear extruder. 20221021A Updated to smooth out some surfaces and to add a lug for finger hold when releasing filament from the extruder.
