Ender 5/5+ Part Cooling + Hotend Fan Duct Shroud - Uses Stock Parts

V3 has been uploaded and is worthy of printing and using on your printer. I filled most of the overhang on the inner flange to make removing the support material from the flange easier. ______________________________________________________________________ I've printed V2 out now and have made an update to the x-carriage mount location to make supports easier. V2 vastly improved the rigidity of the fan duct and adding the cantilever support helped with sag. However, I had issues removing the support material for the inner flange and it looks ugly, but functions well. V3 should fix this. ______________________________________________________________________ I've printed V1 out now and have made some updates. The part was a little flimsy so I've updated the original design. I've increased the hole sizes for mounting to the x-carriage, added a part near the part cooling fan to interface with the x-carriage for cantilever support, and added some flanges to strengthen the shroud. ______________________________________________________________________ This is a part cooling and hotend fan duct for the Ender 5 and Ender 5 plus, however it may work on an Ender 3 or Ender 3 Pro. I wanted a fan shroud that improved part cooling but looked fairly stock and utilized the stock fans and fasteners. This design should improve part cooling by adding a cooling duct to the opposite side of the fan, as well as improve cooling on the hot end heat sink by focusing the air directly at the heat sink. I recommend printing it by placing the hotend fan side down to minimize bridging. The fan holes are sized to be tapped by the fasteners.
