Ender 5 5015 Cooling Fan Duct

EDIT (03/18/21): Many changes to initial design. Much better air flow, fan alignment, and air properly directed just below the extruder tip. Also, added a hole for a second screw on the fan because vibrations from the steppers was causing the fan housing to vibrate against the duct and make a lot of noise. I was having trouble finding a low profile 5015 fan duct for my Ender 5. The 5 appears to have a wider extruder carriage plate than the 3, and other designs I found were either gigantic or did not clear the carriage plate. Seems to be working better than the stock blower so far. I printed mine out of PETG. Do not print with supports!!! I know it seems weird, but at least with the Enders this amount of bridging should be no problem. I can't say for sure as I haven't tested it, but you may have to print at slightly lower temperatures to bridge these distances. Don't worry about layer adhesion.... it's just a fan duct. Always willing to take suggestions and will likely tweak the design here and there to improve performance. You can reuse the M2 bolts that come on the stock Ender fans, but you will need an M4 bolt and threaded insert to attach the fan to the duct.
