I looked around for a back cover for my Ender 5 control panel and could only find ones for the Ender 3. The Ender 3 one seemed nice but printed ever-so-slightly off center (which might be how it needs to mount for the Ender 3). I went ahead a created a new one from scratch so it fit perfectly. Enjoy!
