I had trouble with the hotend cable hanging close to the bed after installing direct drive (The tube no longer supported the cables), most of the time even getting stuck between the z axis linear rods holder and my z carriage which caused a problem for my cr touch. I have seen similar hooks for the standard clip type badge rollers, but those mostly hanged above the printer, this is just a rod, with a hole on top for the carabiner type badge rollers and it is designed to be mounted on the double 20x20 extrusion. It keeps the cables up and it only pulls the string when in the front of the bed. I printed it with 5% gyroid infill on the body and 50% cubic infill on the bottom part and the top part. Raft or brim may be necessary depending on your bed adhesion.
