Ender-5 E3D Titan with BLTouch

Bracket for the Ender-5 to hold the E3D Titan above the stock hotend and also include the BLTouch bracket I was using prior. This also works with the all metal Microswiss Hotend for the Creality printers which I have been using for a while now. All metal hotend is a nice upgrade and piece of mind for not melting the PTFE tube at higher temperatures. No sacrifice on build area either, same as stock Ender-5 but now direct drive. Should be better suited to handle flexible materials with a short and captured filament path, but your mileage may vary as I don't use flexible in this printer. I've been running this setup with a 0.5 mm retraction. Mount may work on Ender-3 series also since backplate for extruder carriage is very similar to the Ender-5. I actually used the Ender-3 plate to model for the screw locations and then modeled the Ender-5 plate to create this bracket.
