Ender 5 Linear Rail BLTouch Hemera Plate

I became frustrated trying to find a plate that would take my E3D Hemera and BLTouch along with or without Linear Rails that would fit onto my PrinterMods Direct Drive Plate. Note: The PrinterMods Plate has holes for the Hot End slightly to the left and lower than the stock Creality Ender 5 Plate, hence why I created this part, it seemed I was always pulling out my dremel tool for the ones available to make them fit. Special Note: The BLTouch is 0mm,-38mm and is at 8mm height as per recommendations for the genuine BLTouch so the probe extends My Design skills are at a baby level, but my measurements are checked and cross checked from other directions to ensure holes were exactly at the correct places.
