Ender 5 Manual Level Adjustment G-code

This gcode is for manual bed leveling. With each click of the LCD knob, it will travel to the 4 points where the adjustment knobs sits. The it will go to the center of the bed for confirmation. After which it will do another pass on the point for any readjustment needed. Things to note: 1. Save it on a sd card so that you can click the LCD knob to proceed from one point to another. 2. Heat up your bed and nozzle to the temperature that the current filament require. 3. Two files. One g-code and other is a stl for printing a 0.2mm layer level check.
