If the improvement is significant, I'll adjust the models, upload the new version and deprecate the old. ---------------------------------------- This is a cover for the Ender 5 Plus that places 2x120mm fans over the PSU and mainboard. It requires taking the lid and fan off the power supply and raising the printer ~25mm higher than it is (I printed squash ball feet and the fan assemblies clear the table by about 1cm). You have two options for the fans themselves: 1) Run each fan off its respective source via a buck converter 2) Run both fans off the mainboard's now vacant case fan header in series Assembly: Use 3xM3x8 bolts and M3 nuts to attach the two pieces via the 3 center holes Use 8xM4x30 bolts and M4 nuts to bolt the fans and guards to the underside of the cover (raised section facing down) - They'll *just* fit Unplug the stock case fan from the mainboard and discard/set aside the original control box cover Unbolt the PSU from the control box and use a Philips screwdriver to undo the 6 screws holding the PSU lid on Remove the PSU lid, unplug the fan from the PSU and discard/set aside the PSU lid and fan Hook your fans up however you decided to wire them Put the cover on the control box and attach it with 4xM3x6 (corners) and 2xM3x8 (sides) bolts Profit. This is a super easy mod, makes your control box pretty much silent, and vastly improves cooling.
