My Ender 5 Plus was extremely loud, so I changed all its fans. The loud one at the nozzle was swapped with a 40x20mm Cooltek one (very nice result) and so it did not fit into the normal metal duct. This one is designed in the same style, only more space in between. Also the other fan fits on its side. I printed it with PLA and it worked fine :) If printed with the grill side facing down, no support is needed. Have fun making your Ender quiet :)
