Ender 5 Plus Bondtech BMG/Filament Sensor mounting bracket

This should be a direct drop in replacement for the stock Creality mount for the extruder and filament sensor. Unfortunately when trying to mount the BMG extruder I found the filament path didn't match up and the body of the BMG collided with the screws mounting the bracket to the frame. This bracket lowers the BMG position by 5mm and also raises the filament sensor for a direct path into the BMG so everything /should/ fit and line up. 2020-03-28 New version Sorry for the lateness, but now the changes needed has been made and this is good to go (could use some minimal tweaking still). Had to adjust the filament sensor mount in both X and Y location (height) and also added some more distance between it and the extruder to make it easier to work with the filament. Now using it as is here and working fine.
