This adapter is for mounting the BTT Manta M8P in the Ender 5 plus case. This places the USB, SD, etc ports in the vicinity of where the stock board positioned them. You will need to cut a hole in the stock Ender 5 plus case if you intend to access these ports. This adapter also relocates the heated bed module so the mainboard will fit.
