Ender 5 Plus Custom Electronics Case SKR 1.4

Custom electronics enclosure for Ender 5 Plus printer. Takes standard Meanwell power supply and heated bed MOSFET & standard touchscreen. Designed to work with either SKR 1.3/1.4 motherboards. Due to their size, they need to be printed on the E5 plus, then bolted together. The front / rear sections are designed to be bolted together by 2x M5x50 cap head bolts, and 2 x M4x10 button head bolts. I suggest you drill the holes before assembly - I normally use a drill 1/2mm less than the rated hole size, e.g. 5mm bolt hole, drilled with 4.5mm drill. The rest of the sections can be bolted together using M4x8 button head bolts. Two 70x10 fans are required (or you can print the files for the 80mm fan version which are included here as a zip file) as the case has been designed to draw in cool air through the rear, and push air through the case and out of the front outlet. This design does require around 1.5 rolls of filament in total, so bear that in mind with material choice. You can probably reduce this a little by tweaking some settings. I recommend you print with a large size nozzle - I used 0.8mm to keep print times to something sensible. Due to the orientation of the SKR, you will probably need to extend a couple of cables tokeep everything neat and tidy. In particular, part cooling fan, hotend, and hotend fan will likely need an extension.
