Ender 5 Plus - Linear Rail Mod (Remix)

To modify the Ender 5 Plus you will need the following:

3x 450mm MGN12H rails
3x MGN12H bearings
66x M3x8mm bolts
66x M3 T-Nuts
All the above will cost about $120 or so. Print 2 of the Linear_Rail_Adapter_V3 For the X-Axis you will need M4 and M5 bolt and nut. I modified his carriage to use nuts to further tighten the extruder plate to the carriage. DO NOT OVER TIGHTEN. This part doesn't have a lot of stress beyond jogging back and forth on the rail. When I installed the Linear_Rail_Adapter, I used a couple dabs of epoxy into the screw holes to hold them in more firmly. The M4 bolts that go in there hold it snug but with all the movement, I didn't want it to work loose. You can still unscrew it later on - it just takes more force. Hot end strain relief has a version for taller pneumatic fittings. Installation is pretty straight forward. You will need more M3, M4 and T-nuts. The rail stop has a slightly deeper hole so you can use a shorter screw.
