Updated 06/16/2022 BL Touch mount optimized by the position. x -50 y -20 z -3 Updated 06/13/22 Found an error, the linear slide didn't fit properly, a curve protruded (only in the complete version where the fanducts are attached to the housing). Is changed now, and the BL Touch holder is more stable. Here is my own construction for a Phaetus Rapido HF, LDO Orbiter V2.0 on an Ender 5 Plus with linear rail. 2 x 5015 component fan, 4010 or 4020 hotend fan, BL Touch bracket and top cable routing. Put the fusion file in here, if you want to change or maybe improve something, you are welcome to do so, just please mention me in the uploads. When printing, provide the two holes for the screws from the extruder with support blockers, otherwise you cannot get the support material out of there. The screws may go no further than 17mm into the material. M3 thread is modeled. Weight of the case depending on the infill approx. 40 - 62g. I have 2 versions, one where everything is completely in one, one where you can print and screw on the 5015 fan ducts separately. At the moment I have it made of PETG, but I will finally build it out of ABS/ASA or PA. Have fun with it! Update 16.06.2022 BL Touch Halterung von der Position optimiert. -x 50 -y 20 Update 13.06.22 Habe einen Fehler entdeckt, der Linearschlitten passte nicht richtig, eine Rundung ragte hinein (nur in der Komplettversion wo die Fanducts mit am Gehäuse dran sind). Ist jetzt geändert, und der BL Touch halter ist Stabiler. Hier meine eigene Konstruktion für ein Phaetus Rapido HF, LDO Orbiter V2.0 an einem Ender 5 Plus mit Linear Schiene. 2 x 5015 Bauteil Lüfter, 4010 oder 4020 Hotendlüfter, BL Touch Halterung und Kabelführung nach oben. Lege die Fusion Datei mit hier rein, wer noch was ändern oder vielleicht verbessern möchte kann das gerne tun, nur bitte mich in den Uploads erwähnen. Die beiden Löcher für die Schrauben vom Extruder beim Drucken mit Stützblockern versehen, sonst bekommt man das Stützmaterial nicht dort raus. Die Schrauben dürfen max. 17mm weit in das Material rein. M3 Gewinde ist modelliert. Gewicht des Gehäuses je nach Infill ca.40 - 62g. Habe 2 Ausführen, einmal wo alles komplett in einem ist, einmal wo man die 5015 Fan Ducts extra drucken, und anschrauben kann. Habe es im Moment aus PETG, werde es aber aus ABS/ASA oder PA endgültig verbauen. Viel Spass damit!
