Ender 5 Plus Screen Enclosure

I needed a screen housing for my Ender 5+, when I changed the screen to a 12864 LCD. Because I have removed the electronics from the enclosure, I could not use anything that mounted to the extrusions. Therefore, I created this. Of course, you can use this for a factory setup, as well. It snaps into place, in the opening that is left when you remove the stock screen. Assembly is as follows: - After printing, insert 4 heat-set press-in fittings to the main housing. This model is designed for M3x4x5 fittings. - Place the screen into the housing and fit the backplate. - Secure the backplate using 4 flat-head M3 screws of appropriate length (it only, logically, fits one way). You want the screws to be as flush to the backplate as possible, once installed or you will have problems fitting the enclosure into the hole. - Plug in your ribbon cables and slide the TOP of the backplate into the opening on your electronics enclosure. Be sure it is centered and that you have pushed it up into the slot as far as it will go. - A gentle press should seat the bottom, and you are good to go! Again, place the top first, then the bottom. This isn't designed to survive reentry into the atmosphere, from orbit, but it is a very solid method of attaching this screen without needing to drill or use any pre-drilled holes. In the future, I might experiment with making one that uses the factory-tapped holes designed to attach the electronics case to the extrusions in the factory setup. I am happy with this design, since you can use it with electronics removed or not removed. If you don't want to use heat-set fittings, the holes in the main housing will be too large for screws to bite. I can make an adjusted version with smaller-diameter holes if there is demand for it. Just let me know in the comments. I recommend printing in the orientation I have the .stl, but you do you. Supports and adhesions as needed for your printer.
