PLEASE ONLY USE THIS AS A GUIDE, I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND OUTRIGHT COPYING WITHOUT FIRST FULLY EXAMINING AND UNDERSTANDING. 24/10/2020 - Update Config for Marlin 2.0.7.2 These are my config files for the Ender 5 Plus Marlin 2.0 Firmware on SKR 1.3 (I have a 1.4 Turbo but haven't gotten around to the install yet), these are very specific to my machine, but I thought others may like to see it as a guide. Some notes on my setup. Motherboard: SKR 1.3 Display: BTT TFT32 V3.0 X0 Y0 Z0 Z1: TMC2209 E0: LV8729 Extruder: Dual Gear BMG (3 to 1 Ratio) Volume: 360x360x400 Hotend: All metal E1 PWR: Hotend Heatsink Fan Parts Cooling: Modified HeroMe Gen4 PSU: Meanwell (The original PSU is not fit for purpose, the voltage on mine would fluctuate between 18v and 22v, I doubt it had any actual compliance testing) Some features that may be of interest; Heat-sink fan is driven off E1 PWR to allow PWM control. Advance pause, run-out and filament change. Firmware Retracts (need to enable FW Retracts in Slicer). E1 thermistor used to monitor ambient/enclosure temperature Dual Z steppers, Z's driven individually, Z axis is auto aligned at power-on so any uneven drop during power off is accounted for, this means you hardly ever have to re-level the bed. Z steppers are always active after this process (even during idle, or steppers off). 144 Grid Point bed leveling (not all points are probed due to probe offset, they are estimated). Custom menu for calibration, Bed leveling and PID tuning. I use the TFT35 in LCD emulation mode to get access to all feature, I don't think I've ever used the touchscreen mode. I've disabled SD card function because I only print from Octoprint running on a Pi 4. I've also included some photos of my cable management, because it is a mess out of the box, but can be tidied up easily with split coro conduit and zip ties. Included my standard starting point profile for Cura 4.6.1. - The Benchy in the photos was printed using this profile (supports off). For PLA glass bed adhesion I use the method described here https://www.uantwerpen.be/images/uantwerpen/container11343/files/bonding_pla_with_salt_water_v20160713.pdf Modified HeroMe Gen4 https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4523667 BMG run-out sensor bracket https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4067094 Modified Filler Filament Guide https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4051493 SKR 1.3/1.4 board bracket https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4051503 BTT TFT35 V3.0 Bracket https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4051550 BTT TFT35 V2.0 Bracket https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4285471
