Before you proceed, decide if you want an end-of-filament-sensor at the extruder. If you do, bypass this lovely structure and go directly to my remix. https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4509542 I got tired of my filament snapping on the long, hard, fast, drive to the outside corner, so I wrapped it in all that wasted Capricorn Bowden tube I lost with the Direct Drive upgrade from Printermods.com. You'll need two male straight pneumatic PTFE Tube Push in Quick Fitting Connector fittings (sorry, but I used the big ones because there's no stop edge to catch filament on). I would recommend not using the smaller one because as we all know that brass edge makes feeding filament a stabbing affair. I used "official" Creality fittings. feel free to substitute as you see fit. https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B07PLFZKKY/ You'll also need two M3X50mm screws and two M3X12mm screws with nuts. Or you can do what I did and buy an assortment so they're always on hand (no need to disassemble old equipment for parts) 8mm-20mm assortment: https://www.amazon.com//dp/B07VRC6DHD/ 30mm to 50mm assortment: https://www.amazon.com/dp/B071XNBGRQ/ My Cura tried to add supports on the big hole for the extruder mounted piece but didn't seem to notice when I disabled it. It printed fine.
