Ender 5 Silent Limit Switches

My version of the silent limit switch casings for the Ender 5 printer, inspired by [Silent Auto Home for Ender-5](https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3349425), but rebuilt from scratch. They make use of the original limit switches but you may need to replace the screws if you want to use the top part with the X an Y marks.
