This is a top structure for the Creality Ender-5. I designed it in order to put the extruder as close as possible to the hotend so the bowden tube was shortened to less than 30cm including hotend inner part, retractions are also reduced and filament flow is improved. Screw holes are 4mm so M4 screws should be used to mount the structure. Installation with 4 legs is recommended but 3 legs are stable enought and another leg could be added later. Structure should be attached to the 2020 profile using 4xM4 allen screws + T-Nuts or 4xM3 allen screws + Washers + T-Nuts.Some hole trimming would be needed if using the M4 screws. Attaching the structure to the 2020 profile will require a traditional small allen wrench because it should be done in many 60 degree turns. I know is weird but i think this way the structure is stronger than a long vertical hole. Bars are full of screw holes in order to give the user enough flexibility to move the extruder to any place, hold cables and other stuff. Some supports are needed for the screw holes in the arms. Add these manually or block supports for the remaining zones or all small holes will be full of supports otherwise. Original stepper cable is too short so an extension cable will be needed. Any place should be valid for quality components but I recommend to set the extruder below structure as it is in the first picture instead of centered on top as in the second one which allow a complete bowden tube rotation and play since this could stress cheap bowden connectors like stock ones.
