This is a minimal, lightweight, extremely efficient mount for a 5015 blower right towards the hotend heatsink. It fits the Ender 3 (Pro), 5 etc. 3d printers. The powerful 5015 24 V blower, which I highly suggest over 12 V versions, blows right into the fins of the stock heatsink. No fan ducts, no fancy stuff: just lots of air. You will be able to print as hot as 270 °C WITH JUST AN ALL-METAL HEATBREAK ADDED. No need to remove the screws of the heatblock: it's almost impossible to clog this setup by heat creep, even with 40 °C of room temperature. How to mount this: Once the fan cage is removed and the wiring of the hotend stock axial fan has been cut and fitted with the proper connectors, you only need to unscrew the two hex screws fixing the whole hotend to the X-carriage. This is a tight fit: slide the mount, cleaned from all supports, on the top part of the heatsink. Align the screw holes, then press the assembly on the threaded posts of the carriage. Screw back in, everything should stay nice and tight. Use two M3x20 mm (or so) screws, best with two M3 locking nuts, to hold the 5015 blower in place. Keep your heatblock silicone sock on, it always helps with temperature stability, energy consumption etc. Having a powerful part cooling fan will always affect nozzle temperature in some way, so just keep it. As per part cooling fan: this can be maintained or replaced, or you can even go without one, only depends on your needs. Personally, I use a dedicated part cooling fan duct for another 5015 blower on the left of the hotend, with a BLTouch mount too. Any compatible duct should be absolutely fine anyway.
