Ender 7 Hotend Cover / Shroud

Replacement Ender 7 hot end shroud / cover with a few tweaks. The hot end fan grill is removed, and the opening enlarged and shifted upward. Hopefully this improves airflow and reduces noise. Some additional venting was also added on top. Note that the left part cooling blower wiring is routed through the original shroud. The wires need to be disconnected and pulled through the cable sheath or de-soldered from the blower to remove the fan shroud. I opted to de-solder, but it's a very tight spot and awkward to do without melting something. This will no longer be required if this cover is used as the wire slot is open and the wire can slide in / out.
