I using (on my Ender-2) hotend cooling from original thing ( https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2751027 but with 40x20 fan) + this very powerful print cooling for 60x15 fan. Cover grid you can select there: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2802474 I recommend silicone shield on hotend (without it printer does not maintain a temperature of 240°C, if print cooling power is 100%) E.g. https://www.aliexpress.com/item/32954860289.html.
