Getting the bed trammed on an Ender is extremely important for first layer adhesion. I struggled with the setup until recently, and am in the process of writing a tutorial to set up a BLTouch. The process will teach you to get consist adhesion to the base without having to quickly adjust the Z axis during the print process. This dial indicator mount is the first step of that tutorial. I have scraped my bed with the nozzle for the last time. I couldn’t find a dial indicator base that was stable enough to meet my standards. I also like to design things that use very little hardware and can be snapped on and off. DON'T PRINT THE STL FILE. Use 3mf files to print.
