Ender Direct Drive Light (EDL)

Design is similar to xLORDxSIDIUSx thing 3734379. EDL is longer so that the motor can be on the back side. Added a side x-bar for stability. EDL is compatible with my cooling system Hush! https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4642521 <h2>Compared to other Direct Drive solutions:</h2> No compression fittings Light Simple Easy and fast to print No supports No extra plastic between motor and BMG. That saves 2-3mm of motor length* Motor can be oriented above X gantry for best point of gravity. No plastic around motor helps with cooling. <h2>X-bar:</h2> Add stability. Take some of the load from the heatsink. Prevent the shaft to unscrew itself. Has line at 10 degrees so that the motor can be oriented in the optimal direction* Function as a handgrip when the PTFE tube is compressed <h2>Shaft:</h2> There are two versions. One for Dotbit and one for BMG (not tested). Only tighten it lightly with your hands. It snaps of if you tighten it too hard. <h2>Tube cutter(for Dotbit):</h2> Use it to cut the tube to plus 1.5mm or 2mm length (for PTFE tube compression) I used 2mm. It was a little hard to install PTFE tub the first time so 1.5mm compression might be ok. <h2>Parts:</h2> 1 MC6S 3x12mm (Hex socket M3x12mm) Motor: Stepperonline 17HS08-1004S (Motor length 20.5mm +0.2mm sticker). I’m quite happy with 17HS08-1004S. It is quiet, strong and don’t get hot (~48C @ room temp). I use the same vref as the original motor (0.73V = Cap 91% for a 1.0A motor).
