ender3 50 x 15 horizontal fan mod

*Update: please download rev3.. rev2 works, but because it's so close to the surface it can snag on the layers so I shaved off 1mm and added a 2 degree angle so there should be better clearance now. While the stock fan is ok, and cowlings help.. ultimately the stock fan is very weak. I believe the prusa uses the 50 x 15 fans, so I figured why not figure out how to mount one to the ender3. Started out with a vertical design, but then was like "let's see if I can manage to mount this thing horizontally and eliminate the bend". Sure enough, got this to fit and I didn't even have to extend the tube.. this thing pushes way more air than stock, and my prints are already looking better. You "can" screw the fan on, but honestly it snaps in just fine with the nubs I added. You don't "need" support, but I recommend it. It only adds a few minutes to the print. At 3600mm/min, this should finish printing in an hour and 40 minutes. I included a little air channel on the back since this is going to suck less air when it's near the surface. You'll obviously need a 24v fan, and you'll have to cut the wires and solder in the new fan Yellow --> red Blue --> black (remember to either add electrical tape or shrink tubing). I was able to print a benchy at 8,000mm/minute, which resulted in a print in 57 minutes.. No firmware change, stock 8-bit board. Please be careful when you tug on wires. On one of my 3 printers I pulled to hard and messed up my thermal couple and had to replace it.
