DISCLAIMER: use it at your own risk. This endotracheal tube clamp could be used to prevent aerosol or droplet spread from an intubated COVID-19 patient. It was remixed from https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4271154. 1. Detachable design. Now, in order to apply the clamp, you do not need to disconnect an ET tube circuit or adapter. 2. 3-step ratchet is adjustable for various tube sizes. (ET tube #6.0 and 8.0 were tested) Overnight duration was tested. No major ET tube damage was found. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Hope we all can get through this crisis safely.
