This is my best interpretation of the various illustrations singularized. I caution that the scale is set to a 1-1/2 inch steam and water line. The wall thicknesses are much less than those for the steam lines from the regulator to the engine where scale balls can form and hammer the cylinders. The 300 degree 200 psi steam is what sets the wall thickness and not the size of the engine. Scaling the valve is a complex chore. Is there any possibility that it could be made of brass which was easier to cast in thinner walls in the late 1800's and early 1900's.
