English Flag (of St George)

After producing the Welsh flag, I thought it a good idea to produce the remaining flags of the UK, so herewith the English (St George) one. Fairly basic method, using a plan view to produce the base, into which was cut the cross, the edges of which were then offset the standard 0.1mm for clearance between adjacent/ mating pieces of PLA. When printed, cleaned up and then pieced together, they fit together very nicely. The size of 75x50mm is just right for a fridge magnet or even as a single-sided key fob (the reverse of which can be used for ID etc). Rather than using superglue due to the white marks it leaves behind from its vapours when curing, a suggested alternative would be a clear but very thinly-spreadable, resinous-type glue such as E6000, Unibond, "Flexible Glue" or a clear contact glue. Polystyrene cement could also be used, but with much care.
