Enlarged Rostock Clamp Carriage

This is an updated version of the carriage designed by kolergy for his enlarged rostock. The first upgrade is that it no longer uses zip-ties to tensions itself around the linear bearings, but it now uses bolts that tighten the bearing sleeve.
