The original Customizer design for thing #74322 wasn't satisfactory, so I created my own instructions. Here's how to proceed using specific settings: image_file is "lithopane20131006-4926-c4ajj7-0.dat", hole diameter is 10mm, 12 layers with a height of 0.2 mm each.
